In his new role, Sam will partner with our C-Suite Executive Team to lead the recruitment of top-tier talent across recruiting, business development, and operations—ensuring that Marathon TS continues to thrive and grow.
Sam joined Marathon TS in 2018 as a Technical Recruiter and immediately made an impact in the highly competitive field of “Best Athlete” recruiting—one of our core strengths.
Over the years, Sam has demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision:
✅ In 2019, he played a pivotal role in assembling a team of 51 software developers with Top Secret/SCI clearances to support contracts with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA)—a milestone recognized by NGA for both speed and quality.
✅ In 2023, he took on the responsibility of building our internal recruiting and business development teams, establishing a high-performing business development group in Atlanta that has fueled our growth and profitability.
✅ Earlier this year, Sam earned a Master of Science in Applied Intelligence from Georgetown University, further strengthening his ability to make an impact at Marathon TS.
