STERLING, VA (January 21, 2021)—Marathon TS CEO Pam Siek has announced the appointment of Brett Herberger as the company’s new Vice President of Recruiting. As a key member of Marathon’s leadership team, Herberger oversees the recruitment of candidates for government contracts from start to finish. “I work with Account Managers to help them qualify new job requirements from their clients,” Herberger says. “Then I help the recruiters identify qualified candidates for the open positions.” Herberger also oversees operations associated with the company’s recruitment efforts and employee training. “My job is to deliver the best candidates to our clients and prime contracts,” Herberger concludes.
