JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To quickly troubleshoot and diagnose PC hardware and software issues over the phone and resolve or escalate when necessary, in order to minimize end user downtime, increase productivity, and provide a world class customer experience.

- Greet customers professionally and courteously whether it is in person or on the phone.
- Always maintain a positive Yes attitude and professional manner when dealing with customers, colleagues, and managers.
- Bring reoccurring user issues to managements attention.
- Acquire and maintain a highly competent level of knowledge on relevant products, current support policies, and methods of support delivery.
-Keep track of individual ticket assignments and ensure that customer issues have been addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
- Utilize the ServiceNow Knowledgebase for issue resolution.
- Provide support to install, configure, upgrade, troubleshot, and remediate hardware and software issues pertaining to current and legacy versions of Microsoft Windows.
